- Coordination Fee for ceremony and reception for 30 adults for this wedding package as stated above, all pre-wedding arrangements, assistance with your marriage licensing, Two on- site coordinators day of wedding at your ceremony and for one hour of your reception. We also recommend hair salons, restaurants for rehearsal dinners. etc. Coordination fee also inlcudes pre-wedding conference before or after your Rehearsal with your coordinator and the food/beverage manager. Wedding sites will be reviewed and table configurations determined based on your final count.
Note: Items or services added to the above package may require an additional coordination fee. 18% Service Fee will be charged for all Ceremony Site Rentals and Setup as well as Reception site rental, set up and food/beverage items.
* Only 10 cars (including minister's and wedding vendor's vehicles are allowed at the wedding
site) A mini-bus from the restaurant nearby (reception site) to the wedding location is needed to smoothly transport your guests to the hill-top site and return.
